Hello everyone, my name is Gabriel and I am an engineering student from Brazil.
I am currently attending Chimie ParisTech in Paris, and have previously participated in the 44th IChO in 2012 in the United States, where I was awarded a Bronze Medal. The challenges behind chemical processes as well as the impact of chemistry in our daily lives contributed to my decision to enter chemical engineering. I am also passionate about travelling, photography, reading, swimming, and social gatherings. Being able to participate as a guide in this year’s Olympiad will be an exciting and fulfilling experience, and I will love to have the opportunity to share the same unforgettable experience that I had at IChO. As well, it will be a pleasure to show the new participants around the wonderful city of Paris and everything that it offers!
